Exchanges and returns.

Any purchased items can be exchanged or returned within fifteen days of receipt of your order.

The merchandise you wish to exchange or return should be sent to: Angry Fish, C/ Mónaco, 47, 28232 Las Rozas – Madrid.

Items must be returned in a new and unused condition, with their original packaging, accessories and documentation, together with the original receipt or despatch note as proof of purchase.

Please note, you are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. If you have payed via Paypal your returns will be free all you need is click HERE

The refund will be of equal value to the purchase price of the item and will be credited to your original method of payment. The refund does not include the delivery charges paid for by the customer.

In the case of faulty products or products which do not fit the description given in the customer’s order, please contact us at: info@angry-fish.com and we will indicate how to return them. In this particular case, the delivery charges will be paid for by Angry Fish.

For your convenience, exchanges and returns can also be made in our Angry Fish shop, C/ Sta. Engracia, 43, 28010 – Madrid. The refund will be of equal value to the purchase price of the product. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and do not include the delivery charges paid for by the customer.
