Delivery charges and forms of delivery
Angry fish orders are available for delivery throughout Europe (for other destinations, please consult us). All delivery charges shall be borne by the customer. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Our standard delivery service is from Monday to Friday, within 2-3 working days from the moment the merchandise is collected by the carrier (Excluding weekends and bank holidays).
For your convenience, you can also collect your order from our Angry Fish shop in Madrid (C/ Sta. Engracia, 43, 28010 – Madrid) and save on delivery costs. Just choose this option as your place of delivery when you place the order.
Delivery will be considered complete as soon as the transport company has handed the product over to the customer and and validated it through their control method. The receiver should check the order on receipt and may refuse to accept the delivery if it is deemed to have been opened or damaged.
Any claims should be sent directly to the carrier by registered post with recorded delivery within 3 working days of receipt of the purchase, a copy should be sent afterwards to Angry Fish.
If the delivered merchandise are incorrectly supplied and do not match the description in the delivery note, you must reclaim within seven days following receipt of the goods.

When you use a payment card, you declare yourself fully authorised to use that payment card. When you click “Buy” during the sales process, you unreservedly accept these terms and conditions of sale.
The data recorded in www.angry-fish.com is considered proof of the transactions between Angry Fish and its customers. Angry Fish will send you an e-mail confirming your order has been received. Furthermore, once your order has been shipped, Angry Fish will send you an e-mail confirming the despatch. The goods remain property of Angry Fish until paid for in full. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item, Angry Fish will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that item, in accordance with the payment method.
The prices of our products include taxes, but do not include delivery charges.
Angry Fish reserve the right to modify their Website prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of prices in force when the orders are made.
Angry Fish reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a legal dispute.
Payment methods and security.
We accept the following forms of payment: credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) or Paypal.
Credit cards: For your security, Angry Fish uses the Santander Central Hispano Bank’s secure payment gateway to manage your online credit card transactions. Angry Fish does not have access to your bank details, and thus this information will be requested each time you place a new order.
The bank details are encrypted and transmitted in a secure way to the banks server, and then verified with your bank or credit card provider, in the interests of preventing any fraudulent use or abuse of the system. This procedure is guaranteed by the encryption technology SSL (Secure Socket Layering)- 128 bits, thanks to which, no third party can access your personal financial information.
PayPal: PayPal provides you with an Internet account that allows you to pay online without sharing your financial details. You can carry out secure transactions without revealing your credit card number or your bank details. With PayPal you can pay by credit card, debit card or by bank transfer. Promotional codes should be entered in the special area “Promotional codes”, before completing the payment details, and are only valid for a single use.
